The room was not clean. I found dust in corners. Bed sheets had stains. They smelled like sweat. Ventilation was bad. My room felt stuffy.

The staff was polite. Their courteous service was appreciated. The location proved advantageous, offering easy access to local dining options. I found the upgraded room spacious enough to accommodate my belongings and the bed offered adequate comfort.

convenient stay
good location free upgrade nice television
the location is really good , close to many food places. the staff communicated well , especially about my late arrival. i received an upgrade to a larger room free of charge. the television was a nice addition , even if i didn't use it.
the communal bathroom was relatively clean , but i was advised against using my room's sink due to leaks.

the communal bathroom was well-kept and relatively clean. the location is surrounded by good restaurants and other amenities. the back door entrance looked clean after some work was completed on it , which is good.

staff members were polite and courteous . one of the staff offered assistance with my suitcase up the stairs. communication was effective , particularly about my late arrival , and the staff were accommodating.
